Following the authorization by the relevant authority, IFIL Group closed
today the purchase of 10% of Banca Leonardo S.p.A.’s capital stock,
investing around € 46 million.
The investment in Banca Leonardo will help to strengthen IFIL’s
strategy aimed to seize new interesting investment opportunities and
create value to the advantage of all its stockholders.
