The Board of Directors of IFI - Istituto Finanziario Industriale met today in Turin. After commemorating the recent loss of the Chairman Umberto Agnelli, appointed Mr. Gianluigi Gabetti as Chairman and Mr. Pio Teodorani-Fabbri as Deputy Chairman and coopted Mr. Luca Ferrero Ventimiglia.
