The EXOR Preferred Shares Stockholders’ Meeting, which held today in Turin, has appointed Mr. Alberto Maria Musy as the preferred shareholders’ representative for the next three-year period 2010-2012.
Alberto Maria Musy
Lawyer since 1994, he is managing partner at Musy, Bianco & Associates.
After graduating in 1990 at the University of Torino, he received in 1995 a Master of Laws at Berkeley University, California. He has been teaching Comparative Private Law at the University of Novara, Piedmont since 2004. In 2009 he was visiting professor of European Law at Cardozo Law School, New York.
He is specialized in the assistance and planning of companies’ management of companies, in the generational changes as well as in corporate and commercial issues.
He is also consultant for mergers, acquisition and transfer of companies and in compensation and motivation matters.
As Director of several companies he is Partner of Ned Community which gathers Non-Executive and Independent Directors.
He is a Member of the Associazione Italiana di Diritto Comparato, of Società Italiana di Diritto ed Economia, of Centro Studi e Documentazione Luigi Einaudi di Torino and of the “Biblioteca della Libertà” review.
