Within the frame of the buy back programme announced on March 25, 2009 EXOR communicates that during the week from June 22nd to 26th the following number of shares has been purchased:
Monday 22 June n. 90,000 EXOR ordinary shares at the average price of € 10.01, n. 22,000 EXOR preferred shares at the average price of € 5.99 and n. 4,000 EXOR saving shares at the average price of € 7.75, including fee.
Tuesday 23 June n. 34,000 EXOR ordinary shares at the average price of € 9.79, n. 22,000 EXOR preferred shares at the average price of € 5.86 and n. 4,000 EXOR saving shares at the average price of € 7.55, including fee.
Wednesday 24 June n. 34,000 EXOR ordinary shares at the average price of € 9.88, n. 22,000 EXOR preferred shares at the average price of € 5.98 and n. 4,000 EXOR saving shares at the average price of € 7.64, including fee. Thursday 25 June n. 33,000 EXOR ordinary shares at the average price of € 10.09, n. 22,000 EXOR preferred shares at the average price of € 5.99 and n. 4,000 EXOR saving shares at the average price of € 7.70, including fee. Friday 26 June n. 32,000 EXOR ordinary shares at the average price of € 10.24, n. 22,000 EXOR preferred shares at the average price of € 5.97 and n. 2,000 EXOR saving shares at the average price of € 7.85, including fee.
From the beginning of the programme the total number of ordinary shares purchased amounts to 1,142,000, the total number of preferred shares purchased amounts to 712,000 and the total number of saving shares purchased amounts to 107,600, for a total invested amount of approx. € 18.9 million.EXOR currently holds directly 1,142,000 ordinary shares (0.71% of the class), 6,072,300 preferred shares (7.91% of the class), 107,600 savings shares (1.17% of the class) and also 214,756 ordinary shares through the subsidiary Soiem S.p.A. (0.13% of the class).
