EXOR announces the reopening of its Euro 500 million notes issued on October 8th 2014 and due October 2024, increasing the amount by Euro 150 million. As the notes issued on October 8th 2014, the new notes will carry an annual fixed coupon of 2.50% and will be due in October 2024. The new notes issued through a private placement to institutional investors yield 2.20% and will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The settlement of the issue is expected by the end of December 2014.
