May 22, 2014: Annual General Stockholders’ Meeting of EXOR S.p.A. for the approval of the separate financial statements at December 31, 2013
August 29, 2014: Board of Directors’ Meeting of EXOR S.p.A. for the approval of the first-half report at June 30, 2014
November 14, 2014: Board of Directors’ Meeting of EXOR S.p.A. for the approval of the interim financial statements at September 30, 2014
