May 29, 2012: Annual General Stockholders’ Meeting of EXOR S.p.A., first call, for the approval of the separate financial statements at December 31, 2011 (May 30 in second call)
August 29, 2012: Board of Directors’ Meeting of EXOR S.p.A. for the approval of the first-half report at June 30, 2012
November 14, 2012: Board of Directors’ Meeting of EXOR S.p.A. for the approval of the interim financial statements at September 30, 2012
