Monday 11 May n. 29,000 EXOR ordinary shares at the average price of € 11.59, n. 19,000 EXOR preferred shares at the average price of € 6.71 and n. 3,400 EXOR saving shares at the average price of € 8.63, including fee.
Thuesday 12 May n. 27,000 EXOR ordinary shares at the average price of € 12.08, n. 19,000 EXOR preferred shares at the average price of € 6.92 and n. 3,400 EXOR saving shares at the average price of € 8.53, including fee.
Wednesday 13 May n. 28,000 EXOR ordinary shares at the average price of € 11.80, n. 19,000 EXOR preferred shares at the average price of € 6.64 and n. 3,600 EXOR saving shares at the average price of € 8.20, including fee.
Thursday 14 May n. 28,000 EXOR ordinary shares at the average price of € 11.79, n. 20,000 EXOR preferred shares at the average price of € 6.56 and n. 3,600 EXOR saving shares at the average price of € 8.12, including fee.
Friday 15 May n. 28,000 EXOR ordinary shares at the average price of € 11.91, n. 19,000 EXOR preferred shares at the average price of € 6.70 and n. 3,600 EXOR saving shares at the average price of € 8.16, including fee.
From the beginning of the programme the total number of ordinary shares purchased amounts to 252,000, the total number of preferred shares purchased amounts to 169,000 and the total number of saving shares purchased amounts to 30,800, for a total invested amount of approx. € 4.4 million.
EXOR currently holds directly 252,000 ordinary shares (0.16% of the class), 5,529,300 preferred shares (0.22% of the class), 30,800 savings shares (0.34% of the class) and also 214,756 ordinary shares through the subsidiary Soiem S.p.A. (0.13% of the class).
