The merger of IFIL S.p.A. in IFI S.p.A. is expected to become effective starting from March 1st, 2009 IFIL.
The Corporate Events Calendar of the incorporating company IFI S.p.A., (which, as already communicated will be renamed EXOR S.p.A.) has been disclosed through an IFI press release.
According to art. 82 of CONSOB resolution 11971/1999, the company expects to avail itself of the exemption from publication of the quarterly report at December 31, 2007.
Any changes in the above data will be communicated to the market on a timely basis.
