In response to Consob's request – pursuant to article 114, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree – the following announcement is made:
1) the companies Giovanni Agnelli e C. S.a.p.az. and IFI – Istituto Finanziario Industriale do not have any plan for the reorganization of their investments or the controlling structure of the Group;
2) for some time now, there have been studies, also by outside parties, which have to do with various assumptions concerning a reorganization but none of them have taken concrete form or given way to any initiatives;
3) the companies do not have any news that would be useful in explaining the share performance.
