IFIL - IFIL’s holding in Eurofind, the company which controls La Rinascente, climbs back to 50%

The IFIL Group, under the agreements signed on October 15, 2002, exercised its right to purchase 9.53% of the share capital of Eurofind, the company which controls La Rinascente, from Mediobanca.

Following this transaction, which involves an investment of some € 116 million, the IFIL Group will control 50% of Eurofind’s capital.
